Meet Ian!

Ian has been a partner and tax director of AWS for over 30 years and now director of AWS's sister company Payroll Pal! Prior to this he worked at medium sized local practices for 10 years.

He enjoys his role even when some days can be more challenging than others. Ian has been able to adapt from a purely tax role to where he can now provide clear and proactive advise which benefits clients from both a tax and commercial perspective.

In Ian’s spare time he is a keen rugby fan, particularly Blaydon RFC. He also enjoys walking, especially in the Cheviots.
