💸SSP Does Not Have To Be Paid If:

Has not performed duties for the employer

Qualifies for SMP - not entitled to SSP for any period which they are entitled to child allowances

Is claiming other benefits such as severe Disablement or Employment and Support Allowance

Has already received 28 weeks SSP in the (PIW)

Does not meet eligibilities
